Conducted a dipstick survey on the media to determine Herbalife’s brand awareness among the media, the findings of which was presented to the company’s managment team in Malaysia. Other consultancy services covered event management for a grand opening launch, media invitation and RSVP, press release crafting and translations into BM and mandarin, media liaison and management, as well as spokesperson briefing for Herbalife’s GM in preparation for a press conference.
